Return, Shipping and Refund Policy, terms and conditions
For refunds, full refunds can be fulfilled depending on the issue (damaged or wrong item received). Items purchased within 30 days will be fully refunded; items purchased after 30 days will be partially refunded. To qualify for refund, you must submit proof of damaged or wrong item(s) received via email with clear screenshot or picture. For unsatisfactory reasons please email or text.

Shipping will take place on Mondays. If shipping day falls on a reserved holiday then shipping will resume on next regular business day. There may a delay with shipping, so please be patient. Ensure your contact information and mailing address is up to date and accurate to avoid further delay with your package. Once you have received your tracking information it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to track your package, however reach out if you have not received package in 14 business days after receiving tracking information.
